hay hay hay,
so christmas was good, i got plenty o' stuffs. i got a dvd player, the spiderman dvd, the dvd's to the first two seasons of buffy, 25 bucks at HMV, a biiig bag of clodhoppers, a sweet ass cd wallet, a cd burner and 10 cd-r's, and a sweet ass hoodie (it's so warm and soft... uhhh.. so anyways...) people enjoyed the gifts i got them quite a little bit aswell. today i got me some stuff at hmv: the can't hardly wait dvd, buffy the vampire slayer (the original movie) on vhs, and alliyah's in-memoriam cd i care 4 u (it has a bonus dvd with her hit videos on it *w00t*)

Mr. Steve really should stop posting so infrequently. it's getting to be a bad habit. in fact i was supposed to posted before i left for edmonton to spend christmas with 'the whole family.' i bet i didn't even post about when i was leaving and everything. jeez. ok i'm in edmonton right now, i got in yesterday at about 3. i spent pretty much all night sunday packing clothes and wrapping presents. then at 10 in the morning i got stuffed into the backseat of the car, presents and blankets and a cooler all piled around me (very uncomfortable). but i slept most of the way and played gameboy the rest. i finished the first two dungeons in link's awakening.
other than that though, i'm all in the christmas spirit! go jesus and all that. i have so many unusually shaped presents, i'm so curious about what i got. man... i'm totally freaking out, it's like i'm 5 all over again. hehe
ashley doesn't seem like she's having much fun over the holidays. i wish i could go back to the fort and cheer her up... but that's obviously not a possibility. i just want her to have tons of fun, after all it's christmas time. i mean it's not like i can't have fun if she's not, but i'd feel better if i knew she was spending fun-filled days with her family over x-mas. oh, well. we'll see what happens.
other than that, nothing's new. well actually i spent the night at my friend eric's place last night. i haven't seen him in quite a while, so it was good to catch up. pretty soon he's going to leduc or devon or something for christmas and i'm getting dropped back at my sister's place (my old house here in edmonton). then it's pretty much chillin and present shaking til tomorrow. the next time i get to a computer after tomorrow i'll blog down all that i got and all that i got other people (and thier reactions).

there's only one more thing that i can think of to be put on my list, and that's a portable CD player.
other than that life is swell. i'm all mentally wiped from trying my hardest to understand organic chemistry, had a boring staff meeting today so that problems could be addressed (and the managers were giving personal lecures and me and dustin just got compliments, so that made me feel all useful and good) but sha (our awesome manager) is thinking of quitting, and i'm not sticking around if she does and ... linda... takes over. so i'm trying my hardest to help sha as often as i can so that linda won't be such a bitch to her (it's all really a long story).
anyway, i can't really think of anything to say, my brains all fried and i need to just relax. and ashley's coming over fairly soon so she can make me all comfy and relaxed.

well not a lot has happened. i had a lovely weekend with ashley. i worked a lot. had a concert yesterday that was pretty good. other than that, nothing's really new. it's still cold, school still sucks and still I. M. N. Love.
i figured now would be a good time to construct my 2002 christmas wishlist (to be distributed accordingly). now i may seem like a total material boy and a spoiled brat, but i just like to give people a lot of options. that way they can pick and choose and i can be surprized on christmas. also of note, this list is fairly prioritized from greatest to least wanted.
PS2 - i want this one the most, i actually want like everyone that's buying me presents to pool together to get me it. if i get anything for x-mas this should be it

pardon my french but i feel like shit...
I dunno where i got it, but i have a massive head and chest cold. i felt it creeping up on me yesterday at work. at first it was just a headache and a slightly sore throat, but by the end of the night (after counting and recounting stock stuff.....) i could barely stand. i got in the car and my mom was like are you ok. she took a glove off, felt my forehead, and she was like "you're not going to school tomorrow. you're taking tylenol and a big glass of juice up to bed and don't turn on your alarm clock." i started to protest, i wanted to go to school today. i wanted to see ashley, we've been together for a month today. *gush* but as soon as i got into bed i was out, and i just couldn't face school in the morning. so i slept and slept and slept some more. then i watched dr. phil ("you can't eat your corndog until you run over your cat") and came on the computer. and now i'm starving. but at least i get to talk to my button.
on friday (which i scrounged like crazy to get off work and had to appoligize to ryley for missing part 1 of is b-day party) my mom came and picked me and ashley up and we dropped two of the german exchange students off at their host house. then we rented enough and serendipity (lol serendippy). i we totally missed the ending to serendipity *grins* but both movies were great. she got picked up at 12:30 and i fell right asleep.
saturday i woke up and headed off to ryley's house. we made some lunch and then ichi showed up and we bussed up to gregoire where kyle lives. then we went off to have a ceremonial fire in the woods (at camp kootahoochie, our ceremonial camping spot) after about and hour and a half we got back to ry's place and i just made it to work on time. after work we got most of the fort theatre crew together and went bowling for two hours. i had a great time, we all did. but towards the end of the night most people were just chatting and me and denny were firing ball after ball down the lanes. i think i did something bad to my shoulder because it's extra tender now and there's a wierd bruise growing on it. it'll be fine though, there's no sharp pain or anything *whew* but yah, that's my life till now.
